Where are you based?
We're happily based in Washington, D.C. - the capital city of the United States of America. 

 
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
All of our products will be shipped from the USA. We use print-on-demand to create your custom designs and it takes us about 3-7 business days to print and process your personalized product. Shipping times are added to our production times. Under normal circumstances, shipping takes us about 5-10 business days

Please Note: Production and shipping times may take longer during peak times or in areas impacted by COVID.

What is your refund and return policy?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to submit a claim. To start a return, please submit a claim to info@danceobsessionstore.com and include pictures of the items as received. You'll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order and receipt or proof of purchase. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.

Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

If we request that your item is returned to us, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way after receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

If your claim is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if I receive a damaged or the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of the items as received. 


Are there any exceptions to the return policy or items that are considered non-returnable?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as intimate products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
